As you know, at Dedham Ophthalmic Consultants and Surgeons, we participate in a casual for a cause program on the first, third and fifth Friday of every month. Each staff member may contribute $5.00 and wear casual attire to work for the day.
Dedham, MA – Friday, October 25, 2019. Following last year’s success, we will be joining eye care centers throughout the United States to help support the Hawaiian Eye Foundation. Staff members from ophthalmology centers across the US will be wearing Hawaiian themed attire to work, as a fun activity to raise funding for this worthwhile cause.
This is because on the first, third and fifth Friday of each month staff may contribute five dollars each ($5.00) and wear casual attire to work for the day. Historically, the staff votes at the beginning of each year for a charity to receive the “Casual Friday” funds each month.
At Dedham Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, we support various philanthropic and charitable causes. This month we are promoting Red Nose Day!
Red Nose Day is a fundraising campaign run by the non-profit organization Comic Relief Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) American public charity.
On the first, third and fifth Friday of each month staff may contribute five dollars each ($5.00) and wear casual attire to work for the day – in exchange for the privilege of going casual.
