Prescription and non-prescription sunglasses, far from being just a fashion statement or finishing touch accessory, are a necessary tool for the health of your eyes. Sunglasses should really be worn year-round to protect your eyes from UV rays and eye strain from excessive light, and to avoid the complications that can arise from these issues.

Looking for A Replacement for Unisol 4 PF Saline?

Although we do not fit for scleral lenses at Dedham Ophthalmic Consultants, we felt this information would be useful for those who currently wear them. 

Alcon stopped producing and distributing Unisol 4 but the good news is, there are solutions!

Each month you will notice members of the DOCS staff in casual attire.

This is because on the first, third and fifth Friday of each month staff may contribute five dollars each ($5.00) and wear casual attire to work for the day. Historically, the staff votes at the beginning of each year for a charity to receive the “Casual Friday” funds each month.
