Dr. Arash Namaranian

Dr. Arash Namaranian is a board certified optometrist hired by Dedham Ophthalmic Consultants following the end of his 4th year his rotation while working as an ophthalmic technician. He completed his Boards in December 2020 and was hired effective Jan 2021.

Dr. Namaranian received his undergraduate degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science, Tehran, Iran and his Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA.

Dr. Namaranian’s prior accomplishments include clinical rotations through Lahey Hospital, South Boston Community Health Care Center, and VA Boston Healthcare facilities throughout Boston. Dr. Namaranian specializes in the fitting of specialty lenses. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Namaranian is responsible for performing complete eye exams on patients of all ages, the fitting and management of contact lenses, the diagnosis and management of strabismus and amblyopia and the diagnosis and treatment of most eye diseases.

When not performing tasks at the office, Dr. Namaranian enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn son in Ashland.
